Permission to use ClassVal in a paid tutoring business does not grant ownership of ClassVal content or permission to sell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or republish its question bank, explanations, or software.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, an available Service feature, applicable law, or ClassVal's written permission, you may not:

ClassVal makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall ClassVal or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ClassVal, even if ClassVal or a ClassVal authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing on ClassVal could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ClassVal does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. ClassVal may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

Any content you submit, post, or display on ClassVal remains your property. However, by submitting content, you grant ClassVal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any media or medium and for any purposes.

If you subscribe to ClassVal Premium, you agree to pay the subscription fee as displayed. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you will not be charged again, and you keep access to ClassVal Premium until that period ends. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Creating a tutor account is free. Using the tutor workspace requires an active subscription, and each connected student requires a Student License. Applicable prices, billing periods, and payment responsibilities are displayed when a subscription or license is purchased. You may cancel your tutor subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you will not be charged again, and your access to the tutor workspace, along with every connected Student License, continues until that period ends.
All content on ClassVal, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ClassVal or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

These intellectual property restrictions do not prohibit the learning and tutoring uses expressly permitted under Section 2, including assigning and reviewing content through ClassVal's authorized features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClassVal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClassVal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Service.
ClassVal may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
